Standard Door-to-Door Delivery: The truck will be shipped to your designated location. Please note that standard shipping typically covers freight; local handling and duties are managed based on the terms chosen.

The "Hassle-Free" DDP Option (Highly Recommended): For customers in the US, Canada, and Europe, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means we handle everything: ocean freight, customs clearance, and all import duties/taxes. You simply wait for the truck to arrive at your door with zero hidden costs.

Estimated Timeline: The typical transit time is 30-45 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Real-Time Tracking: Once your food truck is dispatched, we provide a Booking Note (B/N) or Tracking Number, allowing you to monitor the vessel’s journey.

Payment & Fund Security

Your investment is fully protected. We offer multiple layers of security to ensure a 100% risk-free transaction:

Verified Third-Party Platforms: We support secure payments through globally recognized platforms, including Alibaba (Trade Assurance), AliExpress, eBay, and Amazon.

Escrow Protection: When paying via these platforms, your funds are held in escrow and are only released to us after shipment or according to agreed-upon milestones, guaranteeing your financial safety.

Legal Sales Contract: Before any payment, we will sign a Formal Sales Contract with you. This legally binding document outlines product specifications, delivery timelines, and liability terms.

1.Fully Assembled: Shipped as a complete, ready-to-use unit.

2.Compact Shipping: Axles and trailer frames are disassembled to reduce shipping volume and costs (comprehensive re-assembly instructions provided).

Mandatory Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior. We require a complete unboxing video to document the condition. If any issues are found, contact our 24/7 support team immediately with photos.

1-Year Warranty: We stand behind our quality with a 1-year comprehensive warranty, covering replacement parts and professional after-sales guidance.

Unloading: Please ensure your site has sufficient space and a forklift (if necessary) for unloading.

Shipping FAQ

Does the shipping price include customs duties and taxes?

By default, shipping quotes are for freight only. However, we strongly recommend our DDP service, where we pre-calculate and handle all duties for you. Contact us for an "All-In" quote to avoid any surprises at the border.

Can I change my mind once the truck has shipped?

Because sea freight involves complex international logistics and customs bookings, orders cannot be canceled mid-transit. We handle special cases individually and will always work to find the best solution for you.

Do you deliver to remote or residential areas?

Yes! We can deliver almost anywhere. If you live in a remote area, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate the appropriate local trucking service.

What if the truck is damaged during the long sea voyage?

Every shipment is covered by Marine Insurance. In the rare event of an accident, we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf and ensure your investment is protected through repair or replacement.
