Warranty & Returns

• Quality Guarantee: We stand behind our build quality and provide a standard 1-year factory warranty on the main chassis and structural frame.
• Return Policy: As each commercial restroom trailer is built to order based on specific plumbing and electrical requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced or after delivery. We do, however, provide comprehensive after-sales support and replacement parts for any manufacturing defects.
